In certain cases, you may be required to provide your credit or debit card details through approved and secure payment gateways. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and lawful information. You must not use a card or account that is not legally owned by you.

Impact Institute will never use, share, or disclose your payment details to third parties, except when required for fraud verification, regulatory compliance, or by court order. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credit/debit card details.

Impact Institute disclaims liability for any unauthorised use of your credit/debit card.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an official confirmation from Impact Institute.
If you do not receive a confirmation or face any technical error after payment, it is your responsibility to immediately verify your enrolment status with our administration team.
Impact Institute will not be responsible for any monetary or other losses if you assume that your enrolment is incomplete without confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Impact Institute follows a strict No Refund Policy.

All course fees paid are completely non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
Once you make a payment towards registration, admission, or course fee, you agree and acknowledge that no request for refund, cancellation, or adjustment will be entertained.
Fees once deposited cannot be carried forward or adjusted against future batches or programs.
By enrolling at Impact Institute and completing payment, you expressly accept this non-refundable policy.
